Background
Based at the former RAF/US Navy airbase at Campbeltown, Spaceport Machrihanish has one of the longest runways in Europe. Skyrora used the site for rocket engine testing in 2022, and it has also hosted an annual amateur rocketry competition, but no further public developments have been reported since.
